2. General Information on Data Processing

We process our users’ personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website along with our content and services. The processing of personal data generally takes place only with the user’s consent or on the basis of a legal permission (Art. 6(1) GDPR).

3. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted using Cloudflare. Personal data may be processed on servers operated by Cloudflare. When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, operating system used). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website).

4. Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis for processing this data is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Thuringian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (TLfDI), the authority responsible for Stealthlink GmbH’s registered seat in Jena.

6. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising/tracking technologies of any kind. The only thing stored in your browser is a technically necessary, local language preference (English/German) used to remember your choice — this value never leaves your device and is not shared with us.

7. Recipients and International Data Transfers

We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Union / European Economic Area. This website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare, our only processor.

8. Retention Period

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective processing purpose, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise — in particular the commercial and tax law retention periods of up to ten years under Sec. 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and Sec. 147 of the German Fiscal Code (AO). Inquiries submitted via the contact form are deleted once they have been conclusively processed and no further retention obligations apply.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy to ensure it always complies with current legal requirements, or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy.
